The tools within Stemmons Central are intended to support the adminstrator’s and end-user’s experience with migration and/or integration.
Web Forms are way to translate a form on a website into an action item within Stemmons Central. An action item in Central is referred to as a “Case”. So, in short, web forms enable external users to create internal Cases.
The Extensible Grid is a medium through which a list can be displayed throughout Stemmons Central. This list can consist of any data the user wishes to display as it has the ability to connect to other company systems via an API connection. Example of lists include: stock information, reports, journal entries, prospective customers, etc.
This tool serves as a migration and import tool with validation. Users can bring in lists of action items, things, or survery results into Stemmons Central from Existing Systems or a basic Excel spreadsheet.
External Entities is a service that connects to data in other systems, ensures that data is updated and pushed immediatley into Stemmons Central. Note, the source connection is specific to MS SQL Datasources.
