Cases Automation System within Stemmons

Cases Automation System within Stemmon can be used to send a case to multiple case owners, known as Hoppers, simultaneously. CAST can also be set up as an automated response system when certain items need to be done on a reoccurring basis every year so that nothing is missed or forgotten.
