Department Application is used by Human Resources team to streamline "New Hire" and "Termination" process.
The Department Application is an in-house application that allows the Human Resources team to configure new employee data. HR configures employee information like user name, manager name, property role assignment, etc., using this application. It is also used to streamline termination process. Active Directory (Information Technology Tool) is programmed to synchronize automatically with Department Application whereas HR team syncs ADP data with this application manually. As Department Application is synced with AD, the changes should be propagated from this application. Department Application is a repository of ADP and Active Directory data. It is no longer necessary to spend hours digging through various applications and reports to find employee information. With this Application, it’s all in one place. Application is also used to generate various sorts of reports.
