Facts Reports present user data and sometimes charts or images based on report type and specified criteria.

Facts reports are part of the Company’s suite of Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The main purpose of Facts reports is to house reports and information that is routinely needed and, for example, to avoid making it necessary to routinely create Ad-Hoc type reports. Facts reports obtain data from within the Company network and then display the data as needed for the end user. While the Company’s BI software suite will evolve, the web-based report concept has the advantage of simplicity, speed, and ease of distribution, requiring nothing more than a browser client on user side. Facts reports represent real time data or at least within a few minutes of real time data.
